The Government is planning to introduce a series of measures aimed at reducing uncertainties, make gazumping harder to achieve and accelerate the house buying process in England and Wales, and at the heart of the proposals is The Sellers Information Pack. It will be the responsibility of the seller to compile the pack at the start of the selling process so it would be available to buyers before they visit.
